A mother-of-three in Utah has been sentenced to up to five years behind bars after she had sex with a teenage boy and passed out in a gutter while her children were left at home.
According to FOX45, 29-year-old Amber Renee Bradley was arrested last June, when authorities discovered her passed out in a gutter after inviting several teenage boys to her home in Layton.
During the little party, which was reportedly filled with alcohol and drugs, Bradley had sex with one of the teenage boys.
Although Bradley initially claimed that at least one of the boys at her party was supposed to be babysitting her children, who were between the ages of 4 and 8 at the time of her arrest, none of them were actually capable of watching the kids.
When police arrived at Bradley’s home, they discovered four boys, between the ages of 14 and 16, unconscious next to drugs and bottles of alcohol.
Bradley’s young children were reportedly asleep in a separate bedroom, according to a Davis County Jail booking report from the incident.
Last week, Second District Court Judge Glen R Dawson sentenced Bradley on four counts of attempted child endangerment.
Bradley also pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual activity with a minor charge and a dealing in materials harmful to a minor charge.
In a separate case, Bradley admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old boy two different times at the teen’s parents’ house.
The teen reportedly told police that he “was hesitant to engage” in sex with Bradley on both occasions, but she promised to buy him a dirt bike if he went through with it.
According to authorities, Bradley did end up buying the boy a dirt bike.
