He’s alive!
Roger Goodell is not dead, contrary to the NFL’s statement on Twitter.
A message sent from the NFL’s Twitter account Tuesday jumped the gun on the commissioner’s demise.
“We regret to inform our fans that our commissioner, Roger Goodell, has passed away. He was 57. #RIP”
The account was hacked, naturally, and an NFL spokesman told the Daily News that Goodell is, in fact, alive and kicking.
Twitter user @IDissEverything was gleefully taking credit for the hack, saying that the NFL’s password was olsen3culvercam88, before the account was suspended.
